Basic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can 15oz Chickpeas, not drained
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4cup Tahini
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all basic ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
  • The optional ingredients are just suggestions.
  • Once you have made basic hummus you can add whatever you like.

Notes

Optional Individual Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes, drained
