Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can Chickpeas, not drained
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled & nibs removed
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable of Choice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

Notes

Once you have made basic hummus you can add or replace the vegetables of your choice.

Optional Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 cup Pured Vegetable of choice
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce or Sphagetti Sauce
