Basic Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can Chickpeas, not drained
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled & nibs removed
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable of Choice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
Once you have made basic hummus you can add or replace the vegetables of your choice.
Optional Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 cup Pured Vegetable of choice
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce or Sphagetti Sauce
